Chip was able to get me BETTER, name-brand parts with a longer warranty than the “other” shop.
And, the total cost for fixing my blower system, water pump, tensioner, and serpentine belt was $514 LESS than the estimate from the “other” shop!

I just bought a car and A/C went out 1hour into our trip from NY to SC. I stopped and someone gave me an estimate over $1,200. Arrived in SC called Rushing Automotive and they got me straight in and did the work for about half the price. Kind, clean, respectful and out the door in good time! Use them!!!!!
This is the only place in town I’ll take my car. They’re fast, honest, straight forward, and efficient. As a single woman I really appreciate that there isn’t any up selling or fast talking! I’ve had older cars in the past and I really like that they take that into consideration when making their recommendations. If you’re on the fence, try this place first!

Been meaning to write this for a long time. In May 2017 we were 500 miles out of town and our van broke down. It needed a radiator, power steering pump and rack. A big repair. Naturally, leaving your vehicle that far away and not being able to monitor the repair with an unknown shop can be expensive and end up bad. Chip at Rushing walked me through the repair needs, what I should do now to get it back home and what could wait. Repair was done professionally. I checked up on the pricing with my home mechanics and they were very fair on cost also. I’m glad I could trust them.
