My daughter is attending college in Columbia. Last night, she called us and said “something’s wrong with the car, I can’t steer it.” I had previously searched the Columbia area for a Saab mechanic and found Rushing. I had her get the car towed to them. Today, they looked at the car and determined that the bolt holding the power steering pump had come loose. They tightened it up, topped off the fluids, and gave it a clean bill of health — at no charge. Very courteous on the phone, and a very kind gesture. We will most definitely go there again if there are problems with the car. Thank you to Chip and crew!!!
